Just a visitor

so he visited, we had a good dinner, drove us home, then he drove off. being together is only temporary. can we only have goodness for a short while...

There's a raging sea, right in front of me, wants to pull me in, bring me to my feet

So let the waters rise, if You want them to, I will follow you, I will follow you

1 Peter 1:4-7

In his great mercy he has given us a new birth into a living hope, ... and into an inheritance..., kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith - of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire - may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honour when Jesus Christ is revealed.
