good questions are questions that show understanding and seek further knowledge.
good lecturers are those that makes students understand quickly (almost immediately) such that students are able to come up wif good qns on their own. good students ask good questions. good lecturers need not think of good questions for students. good lecturers dun provide answers to the good questions that they pose.
semi good lecturers are those that may not teach tt well, but students still understands partially and know wat kind of qns to ask to seek accurate and complete knowledge.
unfortunately many lecturers out there are not good lecturers. bad lecturers are those who don't teach well, where students hardly understand, and do not know wat qns to ask to understand wat is taught.
lecturers should be screened for their teaching capabilities before being allowed into the profession. and even experienced lecturers should be screened. and this screening should be done regularly, even after being allowed into the profession, observations should still be carried out to ensure the lecturer is still of good quality. sometimes quality decreases with age
